Greatly enjoyed our lovely stay there a lot. It's special hotel with affable staff and excellent internet. The absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice location was close to a picture gallery. There were a small convenience store and a convenience shop around the venue;)))

Had a great stay of the best holidays ever, glad I've chosen it. Greatly enjoyed exceptionally nice room with private bathroom, wouldn't mind staying there all day. The personnel was kind and lovely. The hotel location was unbeatable to the Rialto bridge.

Clean special hotel, absolutely kind staff and unbeatable location to the charming nature of the place. Great breakfast for a satisfying meal - toast, bread, boiled eggs, fresh fruit, and pastries.

Terrific hotel, it offers nice services and stunning location not far from central San Marco, Venice and the main attractions. The stuff is adorable and good at all the levels. The breakfast is incredibly nice served with ample coffee, sweet options plus croissants.

We had a very lovely stay of the best holidays ever.
Eggs, meats, fresh fruit, pastries and croissants provided in the morning. The double room that we stayed in was charming little and compact. Truly enjoyed this authentic hotel, and we would stay here again.

Loved everything about our xmas stay! Friendly staff ensured a smooth arrival, great service throughout. Perfectly clean room, with yummy breakfast and fresh croissants. Key location, central and quiet - ideal for exploring the city. Plus, the staff were always helpful and efficient, making our xmas experience even more enjoyable.
Our only downside was the lack of air conditioning in our room during the hot summer days, a small inconvenience, but otherwise a fantastic stay!

The staff at the Hotel were NOT friendly. The free wifi did not work. The continental breakfast was sub-standard. I felt that the $ 280 euro/night rate was not good value for the dollar.

hospitable. Small cozy room. Perfect position. In the center of Venice.
Everything's fine.

It is so close to San Marco and the Rialto for a budget price. Plus, Valentina is so sweet and helpful, she recommended a wonderful restaurant for our last night and gave advice as to which islands to visit. My sister and I had an even better time in Venice thanks to her! I would definitely stay here again.

Location, atmosphere
when booking i could choose between room with and room without a/c. it being mid-July i opted for with a/c. the actual room i got was without. when i suggested they either give me a roomwith a/c or charge the rate for a room without a/c, the guy at the receptio was very unforthcoming, in the end i was offered a eur 6,50 discount, which was a lot less than the price differential of the two rates posted on the internet.

We got great value for our money at Casa Petrarca. The room was fantastic, with a beautiful view of a bridge and canal, and it even had a kitchen area and sitting area. The location was perfect, just steps away from Rialto and San Marco. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and they had the most adorable sausage dog!
Morning meal could use more variety.
